AI Spar

Terms of Service

Last updated: August 28, 2026

These terms govern your use of AI Spar (aispar.app). By using the service you agree to them. Contact: [email protected].

The service

AI Spar sends your question to multiple AI models, has them debate points of disagreement and complement each other's missed points, and produces a comparative synthesis. Features may change as the service evolves.

Accounts

Signing in uses your Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account. A limited number of free questions with entry-level models is available without an account; free limits may change at any time.

Balance and payment

Refunds

To request a refund of a top-up, contact [email protected]. When a payment is refunded, the corresponding amount is deducted from your balance; if the balance was already spent, it may become negative and must be settled before further paid use.

Acceptable use

Use the service only for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to circumvent capacity limits, probe or disrupt the service, or use it to generate content that violates the model providers' usage policies. We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that abuse the service.

AI output

Answers are generated by third-party AI models. They can be wrong, incomplete, or misleading — including confidently so. They are not professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise). Verify anything you intend to rely on.

Availability and warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and without a guaranteed service level. We may modify or discontinue features. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and may request deletion of your account and data. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
